Our Story
We are a visionary multipurpose cooperative society that started out in 2013 as a Savings Club by 13 forward looking members of staff of the Nigerian Agip Oil Company in Lagos. The Society started as a savings club in February 2013 with a share capital of NGN650, 000.00. We have grown steadily from this modest background to a much sought after entity with an asset well over NGN 100 million within a spate of 60 months of operations. The driving force behind our growth and resilience has been the commitment by our members to do something unique, trailblazing, competitive, impactful, sustainable, transgenerational and profitable.
We are registered and licensed as a Multi-purpose Cooperative Society by Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (with registration number LSCS 14444).

As a staff co-operative society our mission is to provide good value for money through engaging in wide range of diversified investment opportunities. Our business ethics are based on combinations of sound financial decision making processes, exquisite business ethics and the resolve to trade profitably.
